I started where you are.
My journey began in 2013, right after completing my Master's degree in Biomedical Technology. Like many new graduates, I was searching for direction. I knew I wanted to be in the medical device industry, but I had no roadmap, no network, and no one to explain how this industry truly worked.
Over the years, I represented more than a dozen medical device companies: small and large, domestic and international, working directly with manufacturers and national distributors. I built my own sales agency, hired and trained my team, and supported a wide range of product lines across multiple therapeutic areas.
My career took me across North America, Europe, and Asia, giving me a first-hand understanding of how diverse, fast-paced, and transformative this industry can be. Medical sales didn't just give me a job; it opened doors I didn't even know existed.
I never imagined that my start in neurosurgery sales would lead to where I am today. I share my story because I want you to see what's possible. Medical sales is not just a role. It is a launchpad.
A business owner. The creator of Medical Sales Bootcamp. A consultant for investors and medtech startups. A strategy and business development director for a breakthrough AI-powered medical wearable device. And a university lecturer teaching the next generation of innovators.
I am living proof that you can start with no experience, no connections, and every reason to doubt yourself, and still succeed. If you're ready to step into this industry, I'm here to help you do it with confidence, clarity, and momentum.
I believe every professional in the healthcare and medical device industry, regardless of their role, needs a foundation in sales, communication, and business strategy. Whether you're a rep, a product manager, a clinical specialist, or a founder, understanding how to communicate value, navigate complex organizations, and drive commercial outcomes is not optional. It is the difference between a good career and a great one. That is why our curriculum includes courses on communication, go-to-market strategy, and business fundamentals, because the best medical sales professionals are also great businesspeople.
